Jägermeister Brand Activation Box in brand design

The photo booth companies and agencies rely on

Company party, trade fair stand or promotion tour: the Brand Activation Box regularly runs at events with lots of visitors.

Many events a year, from internal parties to big public trade fairs.

What the booth does for your event

Reach

Every photo carries your logo, your claim and your hashtag. It hangs at home and ends up on Instagram.

Contacts

Guests enter their email address at the booth and give consent. You get the list afterwards as a file for your CRM.

Dwell time

People stay longer at the stand, start conversations and have a reason to come to you instead of walking past.

A photo booth that delivers not just pretty pictures but results you can measure.

// The booth

What sets it apart from a normal event photo booth

This is no wedding photo booth. The Brand Activation Box is a tool for your campaign: photo booth, your design, contact capture and phone sharing in one device.

You get:

  • The booth in your design inside and out: wrap, start screen, user interface
  • Photos and photo strips with your logo, claim, hashtag and QR code
  • Contact capture at the booth: email, consent, extra fields on request
  • Photo straight to the phone via QR code, email or SMS, ready to post
  • After the event: a report and all contacts as a file

You're not just hiring a photo booth. You get a tool that works towards your goal: awareness, contacts or content for social media.

Where the booth works best

Trade fairs and conferences

The booth draws visitors to your stand. On the side it collects contacts you can follow up with later.

Company parties and anniversaries

Employees and guests take photos with your logo and share them, internally and on social media.

Store openings and in-store campaigns

For the opening, a relaunch or promotion weeks: visitors leave with a photo, your logo and an offer.

Tours and promotions

The same booth, several cities. Set up once, identical at every stop.

Sponsor areas and lounges

Sponsor logos appear on every picture and every strip. That's visibility that goes home with people.

Four steps to the booth at your event

1

Briefing

We clarify what you want to achieve, who's coming, what your design looks like and how the event runs. You tell us what matters most: awareness, contacts or reach.

2

Design

We design the booth, photo strips and interface in your look, align everything with you or your agency and get sign-off.

3

Event day

We deliver, set up, test and show your team how it works. On request someone from us stays on site or monitors the booth remotely.

4

Report

After the event you get the numbers: how often the booth was used, how many contacts and how much reach. Plus all contacts as a file. That lets you show internally what the event delivered.

Three examples

Example 1

Trade fair stand

Goal: contacts at a trade fair. The booth stands at the stand, visitors take a photo and leave their email address. Sales gets the list afterwards.

Example 2

Store opening

Goal: attention for the new store. The booth stands at the entrance, visitors post their photos with the campaign hashtag and stay longer in the shop.

Example 3

Roadshow

Goal: awareness across several cities. The same booth travels from stop to stop, in the same design everywhere, with one report for the whole tour.

FAQ

Which events is the Brand Activation Box right for?

Company parties, trade fairs, conferences, store openings, tours, promotions and sponsor areas. Anywhere you want more than just photos: contacts and numbers.

How far in advance do we need to book?

The earlier the better. A few weeks are usually enough for a single event. For trade fairs and tours, allow one to two months so design and approvals can run without rush.

How are contact details captured, and what about data protection?

Guests enter their details at the booth and tick a consent box. The wording is GDPR-compliant. The data belongs to you. After the event you get all contacts as a file for your CRM.

Can we fully brand the booth in our design?

Yes, inside and out: wrap, start screen, user interface and the photos themselves. With logo, claim, hashtag and campaign artwork.

Do we need our own staff for the booth?

The booth runs on its own. At busy events or trade fairs it helps to have someone nearby. That can be someone from your team or, depending on the package, someone from us.

How do we get our numbers and contacts afterwards?

After the event we send you a report: how often the booth was used, how many photos, shared pictures and contacts. Plus all contacts as a file. That lets you prove the result internally, to clients or to sponsors.

Can we use the booth in several places at once?

Yes. For tours, retail chains or large events we use several booths. We settle number and logistics in the briefing.

Send us your date. We'll tell you honestly what fits.

In a short call we clarify goal, set-up, design and budget. Then we tell you openly whether the booth fits your event.

No newsletter. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
